Privacy Policy

We collect the information you provide when you contact us, create an account, place an order, or interact with Twenty Square. This can include your name, email address, order details, uploaded photo or frame details, support messages, and device information needed to run the site and app.

Checkout, shipping details, payment methods, and payment processing are handled through Twenty Square's checkout flow and Stripe or supported payment providers. Twenty Square does not store full payment card numbers in the profile section of the app or website.

We use customer information to process orders, provide support, manage carts and saved designs, improve the shopping experience, send order updates, and protect the service from abuse.

We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Twenty Square, including payment providers, shipping and fulfillment providers, email providers, analytics tools, and cloud infrastructure providers.

We advertise on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). To measure which ads lead to orders, we share purchase events with Meta, along with hashed identifiers derived from your email address and phone number. Hashing is one-way: we convert the value into an irreversible cryptographic form before sending it, and we never share your actual email address or phone number for this purpose. We also record advertising campaign identifiers from the link you arrived through so we can attribute an order to the ad that led to it.

If you enable app notifications, we use your device token to send order, cart, and promotional updates. You can turn notifications off in your device settings or in the app profile section where available.

You can contact us to request help with your account, order, or privacy choices. Some checkout and payment data must be managed through the payment provider used for your order.
